Aviation Maintenance and Core Exchange Hangar Facility

The 4-Step Repair & Exchange Cycle

Designed to eliminate the weeks typically lost while awaiting traditional component repair cycles.

01

Enquiry & Dispatch

Operator provides part number, serial number, and aircraft tail. An overhauled, certified exchange unit is dispatched on priority next-flight-out couriers.

02

Core Evaluation

Upon receiving your removed core at our designated repair facility, certified technicians execute physical inspection, logbook verification, and preliminary NDT.

03

Repair / Exchange

The unit receives OEM-authorized overhaul or standard exchange fee billing with clear caps on abnormal wear, preventing unexpected surcharge shocks.

04

Return to Service

The rotable is returned to service with dual-release FAA Form 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 and backed by full factory overhaul warranties.

Core Return Policies & Benefits

Clear standards ensuring fair valuations and immediate rotable availability across global operations.

14-Day Core Return Window

Cores must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the exchange unit. Standard packing and unserviceable tags with full logbook documentation ensure smooth intake.

Non-Incident & Normal Wear

Cores must be complete, like-for-like part numbers, non-incident related (no fire, flood, or heavy impact damage), and removed during normal flight operations.

BER & Over-and-Above Caps

Transparent repair caps protect operator budgets. If a component is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER), our team immediately offers alternative core solutions.
